Overview
In detail
How it works
The mechanical filter-end packer is inserted into a 25 mm borehole and combined with an external vibrating-wire pressure transducer or manometer. Installation uses only simple hand tools: a standard concrete drill for the borehole and an adjustable open-end wrench for fixation.
Deployment
The MOD-2A is suited to short-term pressure monitoring during construction or rehabilitation of underground structures. The external pressure transducer can be removed at any time, and the whole system can be removed and reinstalled at another location.
