How it works
CMB1 accepts all Kipp & Zonen mounting rod sizes from 12 to 20 mm diameter, and the instrument can be levelled by rotating and tilting the rod within the bracket.
Deployment
U-bolts fix the bracket to poles and masts from 22 to 60 mm diameter; removing the u-bolts allows direct wall mounting. Built entirely from stainless steel, it is robust enough to support ESS's heaviest instrument combinations in extreme conditions.
