Description
Greenspan PS-1000A submersible pressure sensor
The Greenspan PS-1000A submersible pressure sensor is designed and made in Australia. The PS-1000A is designed to be submersed in a liquid where the sophisticated sensors measure the water pressure. The sensor deduces the water level from the measurements.
It has a standard, 2-wire, loop-powered, 4-20mA output with an option for 0-2.5V DC.
The PS-1000A is designed to withstand Australia’s harshed conditions from the heat of the outback to the freezing Tasmanian mountains. We use a durable corrosion-resistant acetal body, ceramic capacitance transducer, and double O ring sealing ensure suitability for such harsh environments.
The PS-1000A can be ‘changed’ to a PS-1000L. The PS-1000L model includes data logging with an RS-232 interface. An optional SDI-12 adaptor can be fitted for communications to other systems.
The PS-1000A and PS-1000L sensors are assembled and tested in accordance with Greenspan’s ISO 9001 Quality Certified System.
